TALES OF THE SUN

The final production of the school year 2015/16.
Contemporary Theater for Children and Youth
June 09, 2016 Croatian Cultural Home in Sušak, Rijeka.
In the distant future, the world is engulfed in darkness. We follow a group of people who roam the devastated Earth. The only hope for survival is the return of the sunshine that brings light and warmth. Faced with the insurmountable obstacle of the endless ocean, in almost complete darkness, they turn to stories. The world of imagination is more attractive than cold reality and perhaps in that same world lies the solution. The Tales of the Sun is a play touching on the modern fairy tale about communion, love, and friendship, about the illuminating light and brightness of imagination that can and must survive through the longest night the world has seen.
