Play: “Cookies”
Christmas production of the School Year 2017/18.
Contemporary theatre for children and youth from 5th to 8th grade,

The story is about a few hikers who get separated from the rest of the class and then find themselves in a seemingly idyllic setting – a beautiful forest with an old picturesque village where nobody seems to live. But things are not the way they look, and the situation becomes even more strange as they start to explore the village. It is a play about intense intrigue, tension, uncertainty, and time-space paradox, with elements of thriller and horror stories. It’s kind of a twilight zone play where nothing seems to be as it looks like.

What will happen to Earth if we do not stop the emission of harmful gases into the atmosphere? What if global warming is not just an attempt to attack a multinational oil corporation? What if temperature and sea level rise? This play is attempting to show not so far future of humanity and their attempts to solve one of the global scale crisis. Several brave scientists will go on the journey of their lives just to find a solution for the planet. This is an ecologically-futuristic play that is trying to develop eco-awareness and conscientious behavior toward the living organism we call home-planet Earth.
