A DAY IN LIFE

Final presentation work of KRILA’s educational programme for young creators and adults – groups Dramatic Corporeal Mime and Physical Theatre & Collaborative and Devised Theatre – played at the Croatian House of Culture, Rijeka on 15th June 2012.

A Day in the Life’ is a performance about people’s everyday life as seen from the point of view of their unconscious mind. This allows us to look directly into their fears and desires, which are projected on stage in the form of dreams that emerge from any situation in our daily routines. The simplicity and beauty of the physical performance along with sporadic brief speeches act as a very powerful vehicle to transmit and suggest deep universal meanings, all condensed in a portrait of quotidian life.
